My personal mission is to create a welcoming and supportive space where women over 50 can rediscover their strength, confidence, and joy in movement. Physical transformation begins when we change how we think about our bodies - not as limitations to overcome, but as powerful vehicles for experiencing life to the fullest.
I combine my knowledge of fitness and movement with a deep understanding of the unique challenges women face as they navigate this stage of life. Having experienced my own transformation journey, I know what it means to feel disconnected from your body and uncertain about what's possible. I also know how it feels to overcome these challenges and take control of my health and fitness!
